First, your instructor will brief you of the equipment that you will be using. Then will come a briefing on the dive that you are about to do. Once you are comfortable with your equipment and surroundings you will be gently eased into the water. Then in groups of no more than four, you will be kitted up in waist high waters. You will go to a standing depth to start with, down to 5 meters maximum. With your instructor in front and your escort above, you will begin the exhilaration of breathing under water. In the warm Mediterranean Sea you will experience the thrill of coming face to face with aquatic life, whether it is an octopus, a star fish, corals or sea sponges.
